Q: What sort of plan or idea is acceptable?
A: There is no specific requirement for this as it is very much up to your decision. It can be a good deed such as starting a charity programme or something fun like starting a cafe on campus. Remember, with UBDEC, the sky is the limit.
Q: Is there a limit on how many plan or idea a member can submit?
A: No, you can think of anything and let us know. Keep a pen nearby so you can quickly jot down any ideas or plans.
Q: Once I thought of an idea/plan, what do I do next?
A: Contact us immediately! You can either email us; or submit the form online at our website; or talk directly to any one of our Management Team members.
Q: How does the process work?
A: Once you have submitted an idea or a plan, our Management Team will contact you and schedule a time to discuss in detail about your plan. We will then advise you the best available option and guide you towards achieving your dream. UBDEC Management Team will guide you throughout from start to finish and we will assist you in terms of knowledge and resources. We will also assign at least one Management Team member to be your project supervisor.
Q: Can I become the project leader for my project?
A: Of course that won't be a problem. Our plan is to let members become the project leader of their own project. This will not only make things fun but it will also be a good experience for you.
Q: Why should I think of an idea or plan?
A: To enjoy your time in UBD and to leave behind something that your juniors will remember in the future.
